At 10h20, Alex from your Observatory branch had personally delivered my new keyboard, at no extra cost. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE!

I am an "old client " of Cash Converters and enjoy the inter-active negotiations at the point of sale. Some of your stores are more "competitive" than others but the basic principals are the same. I really enjoy my Cash Converters visits. !!
As Regional Operations Manager - I thought that I should inform you of the outstanding service which I received from
Lana Flavio at your TOKAI branch.
I purchased a 74 cm new Tedelex TV from her store on Thursday 13 July 2006 and it would not fit into my car. She unhesitatingly offered to deliver the TV to my home in her bakkie which was done immediately at no extra cost. She also gave me an extended 1 year guarantee on the new TV.
On Friday she phoned me to "check" how the TV was working but I told her that it would only be connected up on Saturday morning , ( in time for the Rugby ) - by Quinton, my TV technician , who has installed all the TV's at Valley Heights and knows what he is doing re TV's.
On Saturday morning 15 July 2006 - Quinton duly arrived BUT the "Standby button " on the Tedelex TV would NOT remain "on" . I immediately phoned Lana and she arranged for ANOTHER new TV ( A Telefunken - Flat screen ) to be personally delivered IMMEDIATELY to Valley Heights so that we were able to watch the rugby in time. This TV worked worked perfectly and I paid a small difference in cost for the "modern Flat screen " + a small donation towards transport costs - ( for which she did NOT ask!!)
This kind of personal service is not often found in any organization and I want her ( + your TOP Management ) to KNOW that her exceptional service is greatly appreciated . I have no doubt that she must be one of your top operators in the Cash Converters franchise and I wish her every success for the future.! ??
