1. Identification
Please produce your Identification book.

2. Proof of residence
Please provide proof of residence e.g: an account with your name and address on it.

3. Banking requirements
Please provide us with bank statements for the past three months.

4. Income
You need to be employed and your salary must be deposited directly into your bank account every month. Please provide us with your latest payslip.

5. Contact requirements
You will need to provide your current telephone number as well as the name and telephone number of at least two alternative contacts.
