Here is a compilation of three guidelines to help alleviate the stress of ordering online at Cash Converters.
In our tips to shop online blog article, we mention that you can decide either to get the item shipped to your doorstep or collected from the store. If you choose to opt for the latter, you can collect the item (in person) once you receive an order confirmation. Tip – call the store to confirm the time and date of collection.
Special delivery request
Make any arrangements with the courier company before hand – for instance, do you need the courier to give you a call before dispatching your order? Or do you want the order to be delivered to a different address during working hours? Tip – fill in a “special request” in the delivery note section that can be found on the checkout page.
Track your item
While processing your order, a designated team will arrange with the courier to collect your item from the respective store. You will receive a trigger email from the courier informing you where your package is from the moment you place it through to delivery. Tip – check that your email address is correct at checkout. If you don’t receive the tracking email, check your spam folder.
