This means that each piece of jewellery that comes in is up to a certain standard ― as we carefully inspect each piece for authenticity, quality and workmanship ― before it is on-sold. The jewel in the CC crown is our Jewellery Processing Centre (JPC), a bespoke “workshop” at our head office, which allows stores to send through items to be cleaned, evaluated, then returned to be sold.
