The final date to submit a claim form as well as proof of payment and supporting documentation was 31 August 2021. The submission process for these claims has been initiated, and we will advise as information becomes available.

A: Our stores may request original sales receipts or proof of ownership before processing a transaction. We continue to work closely with the SAPS to prevent the buying and selling of stolen products.

A: All lay-bys which have been looted will be refunded to each customer. We are working hard to attend to this and will notify all affected customers as soon as we can.

A: Cash Converters offers two loan products – both unsecured and secured. An unsecured loan requires the completion of an affordability assessment as well as a credit check. A secured loan, which we call a Cash Advance, doesn’t require an affordability assessment or a credit check. If you’d like to complete a loan with us, please visit your closest store.

A: Some of our stores offer lay-bys. Please call your nearest Cash Converters to confirm if they do. Terms and conditions differ from store to store, so be sure to discuss those too.

A: We have a six-month guarantee policy on our items; faulty items can be repaired, replaced or refunded at the customer’s discretion. Please do note there are some items which are excluded from the guarantee – these items are listed on the back of your till slip and on our website. Please keep your till slip in order to validate your guarantee if you should need to do so.

A: If you want to know the price of the item you want to sell, it would be best to pop into any of our stores to chat to a buyer. You must be over 18 years of age and have any original proof of identity with you to transact with us.
