  • Q: What does level 3 mean for Cash Converters stores and our customers?

    A: Level 3 allows our stores to open for all trade. This means our stores can buy, sell and loan cash.

  • Q: What safety measures have you put in place in your stores?

    A: The safety of our customers and staff remains our top priority during this time. All the government-mandated regulations will be strictly adhered to. Every person in the store is required to wear a protective mask. We will maintain 1.5-metre physical distancing queues, hand sanitisers will be available throughout the store and on entry, contactless card transactions are encouraged, limited cash is permitted, and the number of customers allowed in any area of the store at any time will be restricted.

  • Q: My Cash Advance loan has expired during the level 5 lockdown period; can I collect my item during level 3?

    A: Please call or visit the store where your item is on loan to discuss your Cash Advance loan contract.

  • Q: Will I be able to take a loan during level 3?

    A: Yes, our full loans product range is permitted to trade under level 3. Customers are able to visit any one of our stores and chat to our friendly staff; or call the store nearest to discuss our loan options.  You need to be over 18 years of age to transact with us, and we require original proof of identity for all transactions.

  • Q: How long will it take for your loan to get approved?

    A: Please make contact with the store to speak to the store manager or franchise owner about your loan application.

  • Q: Which stores are open?

    A: Cash Converters stores are fully operational according to the current lockdown regulations.

  • Q: I'm looking for an item, how much can I get it at one of your stores?

    A: Our stores are treasure troves so the best way to find what you are looking for is to call or pop into your nearest Cashies store to confirm their stock availability.

  • Q: I need to sell my item, how much will I get for it?

    A: If you want to know the price of the item you want to sell, it would be best to pop into any of our stores to chat to a buyer. You must be over 18 years of age and have any original proof of identity with you to transact with us.

  • Q: What should I do if I collected my pawned item and it’s damaged?

    A: Please contact our customer care team by emailing us at – please give us your name and contact details, as well as the name of the store and details of the incident.
