A: Mobicred is a third-party credit provider underwritten by RCS, and as such, you will have to do a credit application and provide Mobicred with your latest payslip. Mobicred will then vet the you and provide a credit limit according to affordability and their lending policy. You can click on the Mobicred logo to open your account and once approved you can purchase using Mobicred at checkout. Their terms and conditions are explained throughout the credit application process.

Exchanges and returns

A: Cash Converters offers a 6 months express guarantee on products unless stipulated differently. You will find the guarantee policy under the warranty tab when browsing products. Please also refer to our Web Shop Terms and Conditions.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair, replace or refund it, subject to the Web Shop Terms and Conditions.

A: Complete the return form that you will receive in the box with your purchase.

Simply log onto the website and click on the returns button. You will have the option to either physically return the item or courier the item.

You can also contact the store directly via e-mail or phone.

A: From date of receipt – 7 days

A: The courier process includes sending you a tracking number.

A: Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

Cancellations

A: You cannot cancel and order once it has been placed. You can, however, request a return once your items have been delivered.

Shipping and delivery

A: You can choose to use the courier company or collect the item from store once payment has been made.

A: This depends on which courier option you chose at checkout. Don’t forget that you can also choose to collect the item from the store.

A: Yes, the courier company will send you a tracking number which you can use to track the item.
