Getting Started

A: When you are ready to place an order click on the top right “login” button. Enter your name and email address.

A: Simply log onto our Webshop and browse

Payment Methods

A: There are multiple payment methods:

1. Direct EFT
2. Cheque, credit & debit cards

A: No unfortunately not, your safety and the safety of our staff and courier partners is very important to us.

Exchanges and returns

A: If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you can return it to the store it came from. If you use a courier, you will be responsible for the courier fees, but we will refund your money on receipt of the item from the courier company.

A: Complete the return form that you will receive in the box with your purchase.

Simply log onto the website and click on the returns button. You will have the option to either physically return the item or courier the item.

A: From date of receipt – 7 days

A: The courier process includes sending you a tracking number.

A: Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.


A: You cannot cancel and order once it has been placed. You can, however, request a return once your items have been delivered.

Shipping and delivery

A: You can choose to use the courier company or collect the item from store once payment has been made.

A: This depends on which courier option you chose at checkout. Don’t forget that you can also choose to collect the item from the store.

A: Yes, the courier company will send you a tracking number which you can use to track the item.
