2. Most of our items come with a 6-month guarantee
We have a 6-month guarantee on all items – unless otherwise stipulated. This goes for everything from electronics to jewellery, tech, appliances, sports equipment and musical instruments. There is an exception for items such as scuba gear, batteries, CDs, DVDs and other express-specific items, where an express guarantee is granted.

We can determine the specs of an item, if a device is genuine or fake, detect any pirated software and remove all personal information from a device prior to sale, giving you peace of mind that personal information is never compromised.
