Description
When should an Ionizer be used?
For a static control program, conductive materials are predominantly used and can generally be grounded ultimately via a connection to a common ground. But occasionally isolated conductors cannot be grounded and insulating materials such as most common plastics are present. This is where air ionzation can neutralize the static charge on insulated and isolated objects by charging the molecules of the gases of the surrounding air. Whatever static charge is present in the EPA, the KS10H ionizer will neutralize the charge by attracting an opposite polarity charge from the air.
The KS10H is a small and light portable unit that can be positioned on a workbench taking little production space. Ionizers such as the KS10H are ideal for use in areas where charge neutralization is critical such as plastics products, printing, spray coating, film product, medicine and packaging. The compact size of 102 x 120 x 58mm.
