Keep your receipt for six months.

We offer a six-month guarantee on most products which means if you purchase an item that is faulty, you have the option of either getting that item repaired by Cash Converters, replaced (with an item of similar value) or you can get a full refund.

Know what items we don’t offer guarantees on.

Cash Converters doesn’t offer guarantees on the following:

• Batteries
• Car audio that hasn’t been professionally installed
• Electronic games
• Speakers
• CDs and DVDs
• And any other expressly specified items
