We sell certified jewellery
What does that actually mean?
Every item that is sold at Cash Converters is pre-loved – and our jewellery is no exception. The difference, though, is that all of our jewellery is certified refurbished. This means that each piece of jewellery that comes in is up to a certain standard ― as we carefully inspect each piece for authenticity, quality and workmanship ― before it is on-sold. Interestingly, certified jewellery is more likely to retain its value over time, as it is considered higher quality and value, than non-certified jewellery. Jewellery also has the potential to appreciate in value over time, making it a potential investment opportunity too.
Types of jewellery
We have all types of certified refurbished jewellery at Cash Converters. Everything from necklaces, bracelets and earrings to engagement rings, wedding rings as well as a great selection of beautiful dressrings. Our items range from 9ct, 18ct and even 22ct white gold, yellow gold, and silver rings with diamonds, pearls and semi-precious stones to pendants, chains, watches and more.
The JPC
Our hidden gem is our head office Jewellery Processing Centre (JPC), a bespoke “workshop”, which allows stores to send through items to be cleaned, evaluated, then returned to be sold. The cleaning process guarantees that each item is shiny and good as new, while our expert team ensures that each jewellery piece meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity. As everything is done in one place, you are assured of consistency and the highest standards at all times for these valuable items. (For higher value items, we will also issue a valuation certificate issued by our Gemologist)****
